About
AUI (Active Upkeep Inc) brings you decades of snow removal and lawn care experience.
Dalton Reid, owner of AUI, got his start in the industry by working for his father's company Blake Reid Outdoor Maintenance. Since 2005, Dalton has been building his skills in snow removal, lawn mowing, hedge trimming, pruning, and more. While in college, Dalton worked hard to balance school and work, gaining additional experience working for a flower nursery as well as one of the largest outdoor property maintenance companies in Waterloo Region.
In 2013, ready to take all he had learned in the industry to create his own business, AUI was born: A company that delivers high-quality, reliable snow clearing and lawn care to residents and businesses in the Region of Waterloo.
In 2019, Blake Reid Outdoor Maintenance merged with AUI, to bring everything under one name. This change brought improvements to the back-end of the business and allowed for greater continued collaboration on-site.
